LEARN MORE

Why are we doing this? Because we want you to imagine something: Imagine you have access to a huge lineup of techies with all the time and talent in the world. They are eager, willing and ready to put their specialized skills to work for your project to create a better world.

Of course, there is a catch! Only the best defined projects and problem formulations will make it to this pool of world-class technical volunteers!

So, the big question for you is: what would you -- and your project -- do with this techie dream team?

Yes, we thought the same thing. Answering that question in an actionable way is hard. Remember: these are technologists. They write software solutions to solve complex problems. And they often have a hard time understanding and responding to loosely framed problems!

We’ll even take our 10 favorite submissions and pass them on to our friends organizing the Random Hacks of Kindness (RHoK) edition taking place all over the world. (We can’t promise your problem will be chosen by RHoK to get solved but we’ll help hook you up with the people who can solve it.) A well-articulated problem that addresses an important social issue, is exactly what they are looking for!

Take a few minutes and use our template to formulate your problem in an actionable way. It may be the first step in getting some high-skills based volunteer talent to support your vision and work!
